Everything! The peace and quiet, the family feeling (hosts Teresa and Nuno are just fantastic!), the beautiful cozy room & house, the amazing pool, surrounding nature and super breakfast. Truly a gem for a restful time!

A propriedade está super bem localizada e é facilmente acessível. É bem decorada e está bem mantida. Além disso, reúne todas as condições para um merecido descanso, num ambiente calmo e sereno, em sintonia com a Natureza.

O pequeno-almoço é ótimo, com produtos regionais de elevada qualidade.

Os anfitriões são incansáveis e sempre preocupados com o bem-estar e descanso dos hóspedes. Deixam disponível água, fruta, café, chá e outros snacks.

Gostamos de tudo principalmente do Sr Nuno e da Dona Teresa sempre prestáveis. O pequeno almoço do melhor acho que nunca comi tanto ao peq almoço de tão bom que estava. Adoramos tudo. Já estamos a ver a proxima data para marcar.

I don't usually rate hotels and lodgings, I expect them to be good and don't feel they need my two cents to promote them. Quinta da Soneca exceeded my expectations in nearly every way. The property was beautiful and spotlessless. It had amazing views a stupendous pool area and wonderful comfort all around. It was comfortable in the bedroom, by the pool and by the general areas of living room and dining area. Theresa and Nuno were exceptional hosts. They fell over themselves offering us wine and yummy treats every day we were there. I joked with them that I was unaware they were running an "all inclusive resort". They were insulted if I brought my own bottle of wine!. And, they spent time chatting with us and that made us feel welcome and helped us learn about Portuguese culture and daily life. And, the best part: their dogs Djambe a senior Ridgeback, mellow as could be; Cjulwinga a young Weimaraner who was sweet and engaging and Bisca a mini daschsaund who was cuddly and adorable were the highlight of our stay (and believe me there were many highlights). Finally, I would be remiss to ignore Gil, the donkey who came running when you went to say hello and rub her head. Too sweet, it made my day. I could go on and on. Just know if you pick the place you will be doing yourself a favor. There are many small interesting and fun village within 15-25 minutes driving. It means you can mix a bit of exploring with a bit of relaxing in one day. Do not let this opportunity pass you by. I went here with a friend (we each had a separate room) and both thought it was the best place ever.

Piscina tivemos pena de não usufruir, mas o espaço é muito limpo e muito convidativo nos dias de bom tempo.

Adorámos a nossa estadia na Quinta da Soneca. A Teresa e o Nuno, com a sua simpatia e hospitalidade, fizeram o nosso fim de semana tornar-se ainda mais incrível.
A Quinta está impecável, super bem cuidada, muito gira e com uma vista que supera qualquer comentário. Estávamos em casa.
